Myers Excited About Veteran Leadership and Physical Presence

Kelley L Cox/US Presswire

The Warriors have added so much to their roster this offseason, that even their haters give them a B+.

Personally I give them an A-. It was quite a first offseason for GM Bob Myers, who is, in pretty much everyone's opinion, better than Larry Riley. I think that he will be with the Dubs for quite a while.

On the other hand, he actually cares if the Warriors win. The Warriors management is at its best since 2007. Perhaps even better.

Myers is excited for the Warriors physical presence: something that many critics have realized that they've lacked. Not anymore. They have four players who when healthy, are capable of great things. Myers did a great job to make sure that they wouldn't have problems rebounding the basketball anymore.

Another thing the Warriors lack and still need more of is veteranship. David Lee, Richard Jefferson, and Jarrett Jack should be teaching the Warriors rookies how the game works. They will make smart decisions and younger players will soon follow.
