Warriors: An Open Letter to Mark Jackson

Dear Marc Jackson,

Ever since your autograph signing, I knew that the Warriors were in good hands. While I do understand that it is very tough to be a rookie coach, and still do well, I want the Warriors to make the playoffs. As do 100,000 other angry fans. I believe that I am speaking for everyone when I say that the time has finally come. It's now or never. If your Warriors aren't successful this season, the fan base will begin to deteriorate, and eventually become like the Bobcats. Nobody wants that.

I'm glad that you are able to coach defense, but that's not the important thing. As long as you believe that your coaching styles are effective to the skill levels of all the star shooters on your team, then the Warriors will not have a problem winning. They just need to get it done on the defensive end. Most sharpshooters, however, play defense quite well. Hopefully this season will be the best in a while. Aiming for the 7th or 8th seed is a reasonable goal.

"Mama, there goes that man," Hopefully, that's about a Warrior this year.

Best of Luck,
Tej Kamaraju

Dissecting Jarrett Jack's Role for the Warriors

When Bob Myers sent Dorell Wright to the 76ers, most Warrior fans were probably thinking that they were lucky just to get rid of him. Getting Jarrett Jack, a PG of putting up some big numbers, was a huge bonus. Upon hearing this news, many were ecstatic. Jack is going to bring more to the table than one would expect. He has a huge role as backup PG.

First of all, Jack is a true PG with true court vision. If Curry goes down, then Jack and Thompson should also be a good backcourt pairing. Thompson is a static SG who knows what his role is and won't try to deviate from it. He will only improve. With Jack's right-on-the-money passes, there's no way he and Thompson won't work together.

Next, he and Curry would also work as a backcourt in periods of time. Yes I understand, this is like the Curry-Ellis arrangement. Keep in mind, however, that Ellis and Curry were able to win some games in their stint of seasons together. Jack will really allow Curry to shine at the SG spot where he really wants to play. You can't deny what Curry is - A spot up, stone cold shooter with a beautiful stroke.

The biggest role, perhaps, of Jarrett Jack, however, would probably be assists. He will lead the Warriors in assists this year, as he will always be the PG. The fact that he's a bench player, doesn't matter. Another good trait of this veteran is that he's a crowd pleaser. He may fill even more seats in the building.

Warriors Hire Bob Beyer as Assistant Coach, According to Reports

Matt Steimetz of CSN is reporting that the Golden State Warriors have hired Bob Beyer as an assistant coach.

Beyer will replace Wes Unseld Jr., who left the Warriors to join the Orlando Magic coaching staff. Coincidentally, Beyer has been an assistant on the Magic for the past five seasons.

Before joining the Magic, Beyer was an assistant coach at the college ranks, working under Bob Knight at Texas Tech from 2001-2003.

Warriors: Secret Weapon is the Same..

Weapons aren't supposed to be known by every team. The attack just happens. Hence the name, Secret Weapon. Which player is the Warriors' secret weapon? Is it Curry? Thompson? Lee? Bogut? All wrong. It's none of them. The secret player indeed comes off the bench for the Warriors. His name is Brandon Rush. He knows what he's doing on the court, whether his defenders can recognize what he's doing or not.

Why:

1. Shooting: Rush is a lights out shooter. At the beginning of the season, for the first 5 games, he was perfect from the three point line. I began to wonder if he was ever going to miss. Defenders began to close out hard on him. This enabled him to drive.

2. Driving: Rush gets off the floor. He gets putback dunks, and dunks on players as well. He can get to the basket as well because defenders close out on him hard. Rush's off-season effort payed off for the Warriors as the 6-7 man.

3. Defense: Rush can also lock down main scorers. He will likely be guarding Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and in some cases, LeBron James. No other man is best for the job.

No one realizes it, but Rush is one of the must crucial pieces to the Warriors' offense. He comes in and gives the Warriors that extra boost that they need. Whether it's shooting, driving, or just all-around play. Rush is almost always your guy.

Warriors Sign Extension with KNBR

Your Golden State Warriors will once again be heard on KNBR 680, and that will not change anytime in the foreseeable future.

The Warriors signed a four-year extension with the radio station, marking the 29th consecutive season that their games will be broadcast on KNBR.

Tim Roye will return as the radio play-by-play man for the 2012-2013 season. This will be his 18th season as the voice of the Warriors.

Strengths and Weaknesses: Klay Thompson

Each sophomore has strengths and weaknesses. They learned stuff as rookies, and now they're becoming more skilled and mature. They are, however, still young and ambitious, which could be costly at some time. Thompson's weaknesses aren't apparent, but nevertheless, we shall do a breakdown.

Strengths:

1. Shooting Skill: When I watch Thompson shoot, it is the most spectacular form I have ever seen. usually is splashes straight through the net. Defenders have trouble guarding him because nothing they can do will ever cause him to miss too many shots. Once, he had a matchup with Blake Griffin, but instead of driving to the basket, he shot a 27 Foot Three point basket. Swish.

2. IQ: Klay Thompson has a very high IQ. He knows what he's doing defensively, and how to help his teammates out if they get beat to the basket. On offense, he makes wise decisions and passes that end up benefiting his team. A smart player with a good touch? A great steal!

Weaknesses:

1. Driving: Thompson does, however, have difficulty driving to the basket. This isn't something your average sharpshooter can do. He's been working on his efficiency going to the basket: his assists, and points. He needs to create for others as well.

2. Assists: Ellis averaged around 5-6 Assists per game last season with the dubs. It'll be hard for Klay Thompson to do this because he is mainly the go-to sharpshooter who gets the quick basket. If he proves capable of driving, defenders will give him space, and he can either shoot, drive, or dish it off to other teammates. With his high basketball IQ, he'll probably do that.

An Open Letter to Bob Myers

Dear Bob Myers,

Thank you for trying to make the Warriors into a winning team. From your first day as a GM, I knew that you may actually try to get the Warriors on track, unlike Larry Riley. It seemed as if Larry Riley wanted the Warriors to lose their games instead of become title contenders. I know it's a little early when I say that. I feel that you will become one of the greatest Warrior GMs in the past decade, at least.

From signing Carl Landry, drafting Harrison Barnes, Draymond Green, and Festus Ezeli, you've managed to bring depth and size to the Warriors roster, which was desperately needed. In addition to them, re-signing Brandon Rush was also a difficult task, as he was originally torn between the Warriors in the Lakers. Literally nothing was lost this off-season, only gained. For all these additions to the Warriors' roster, and your constant need to improve, I thank you. I hope I speak for all the Warrior fans in writing this letter.

                        Thanks, Tej Kamaraju

Warriors' Curry: Elite Player?

LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade, Russell Westbrook, Dwight Howard, Deron Williams, Dirk Nowitzki, Andre Iquadala, and Stephen Curry?

Yes that may surprise you. Curry will be apart of the elite, if he proves that there's actually bone in his ankle. If Curry can stay healthy, all while averaging PG-like numbers, that there's no doubt in my mind that he will end up being an all-star, maybe even considered for the dream team. I know that I've talked a lot about the negative side about Curry, but after all, he is a Warrior.
Curry's positives are motivation. He is bound to lead the desperate Warriors, along with Thompson, the playoffs. He will be able to matchup with Nash, Westbrook, Williams, and some of the other elite PG's. Rose doesn't count this season.

Hopefully, Steph will be involved with all the ballers apart of team USA who are looking to have fun, while still working hard. Just a couple years ago, the NBA saw Curry's potential, and he played with these guys. This shows that has the potential to be at the top and hanging with the ballers. The thing is injury cut him from the list and stole his spot on Team USA. Can he get back up there? Comment Below..

Warriors' Most Deadly Combo's

With a roster like the Warriors' it's impossible to not have some deadly combinations that will end up working out in the end. I've already described a couple of them, but there's many reasons as to why these dynamic duos will work.

The Obvious:

1. Stephen Curry/Klay Thompson: 6'3 PG, controls the offense, has court vision. 6'7 Sharpshooter who almost never misses, and then works for everything he wants. This is a perfect combo. Curry will be easily able to find Thompson spotting up for three. They won't fight for control of the ball, and now they can actually guard a two guard who used to have a height advantage vs. the Warriors.

2. Jarrett Jack/Stephen Curry: Jack is likely to be the one who averages the most Assists per game with the Warriors. There are so many pure shooter on the team. When he plays with Curry, it spreads the floor, and gives Curry a chance to play where he really shines. At the two guard. Jack was a great pickup from Dorell Wright. Not to mention, Jack can also score at an alarming rate if necessary.

The Subtle:

3. Harrison Barnes/Klay Thompson: After the NBA draft, I envisioned Barnes and Thompson fighting for position and playing time. After watching the Warriors summer league game vs the Lakers, I realized that's not going to be a problem at all. Here's why: Endless range, and drives to the basket. Barnes can shoot, Thompson can shoot, and they both have worked on their driving skill. With these two on the floor, the offensive plan doesn't need to be in affect.

4. Andrew Bogut/Any Guard: This one is very easy to explain:
- Bogut Posts Up
- He is stronger than his defender
- Help comes
- He is smart enough to pass it out
- A Guard's three point attempt hits the bottom of the net

5 NBA Teams Who Are Ready to Go

By far, this is one of the most entertaining off-seasons I've seen in a while. With the draft, and free agency, teams just keep getting better and taller. Now, the Western Conference is loaded more so than ever. Even Eastern Conference teams are improving their rosters as well. Which 5 teams that didn't make the playoffs last year are ready to go this year?

5. Minnesota Timberwolves: It's time. Kevin Love is tired of waiting, and he's not going to stick around in Minnesota if the Timberwolves keep losing. This is why he will be ready to go. Ricky Rubio is also a budding PG who is looking to score big time, while keeping up his high assist numbers. Along with Roy in the backcourt, the Wolves are on a mission to make it to the playoffs. It'll be a shame if they don't, but competition is tough.

4. Milwaukee Bucks: Monta Ellis, Brandon Jennings, enough said. Will Ellis and Jennings playing together, the Bucks were 14-8 in their final 22 games. Those are some pretty good numbers considering Ellis was in a shooting slump. They've proven that they can stick together despite all the criticism of the trade. In adding depth with Dalambert, re-signing Ersan Ilyasova, and drafting John Henson, the Bucks are ready to go.

3. Golden State Warriors: Curry and Bogut are coming off of injury, and they're looking better than ever. Other than that, not many players on the Warriors are injury prone. They have a top 7 starting lineup, and incredible depth on their bench. With Thompson entering his sophomore year, Curry ready to finally start his career, the toughness of Bogut, the athleticism of Harrison Barnes, and the veteranship of Lee, this squad is also ready to go. They will stop at nothing to play at least 86 games this year.

2. Detroit Pistons: Watch out, Eastern Conference. The high crime isn't the only thing Detroit will be known for. The Pistons are another sleeper team ready to play. With Andre Drummond, Brandon Knight, and dare I say Corey Maggette, the Pistons have depth and talent. They are looking to finally go back to their winning ways.

1. Brooklyn Nets: The Core 4 is looking to do some serious damage. Deron Williams just keeps getting better. Now that he's playing with Joe Johnson, the two scorers will be exploding offensively. They will also have Brook Lopez in the post, and not to forget Gerald "Crash" Wallace working as hard as he can. Although reports indicate that the Nets are pretenders, they're in a new city, and this is a new start. Is a new era ushering in?

Warriors, Celtics Early Comparisons

The Celtics too? Yes. I consider the Celtics to be one of the best teams out there. Even though they lost a key sharpshooter in Ray Allen, they've gained another in Jason Terry, plus they have young sensation Avery Bradley coming off an injury. The Celtics and the Warriors may be equally matched in the talent department, but I may be getting ahead of myself.

PG: Rajon Rondo, Stephen Curry: This is a tough comparison for Curry. A guy who averaged double digits and over 10 assists? That's tough to compete with. Rondo is a young stud, who has a high basketball IQ. Who knows what he can get done this year. If injury wasn't a factor here, maybe the winner of this matchup would be different. Winner: Celtics

SG: Avery Bradley, Klay Thompson: Because of Bradley's sensational performances last year, I hold him in high regard. He can shoot, score, and play defense well. There is, however, a reason that Klay Thompson was selected for the All Rookie first team, and that is because of skill. He's already one of the better sharpshooters in the NBA, and now he wants everyone to know that. Again, injury is a factor. Winner: Warriors

SF: Paul Pierce, Harrison Barnes: Youth vs. Veteranship? Paul Pierce has talent and veteranship, while Barnes has talent. There's no question here. The all-star always wins. Pierce and Barnes will be an interesting matchup, but Pierce will teach the young guy how it's done. Winner: Celtics

PF: Kevin Garnett, David Lee: The Celtics had an interesting lineup last year, with Bradley as their starting two-guard, and Allen coming off the bench. It left Garnett and Bass as the two big men. Garnett, however was the true PF. In this matchup, Garnett plays dirty, and tough, and Lee plays smartly and efficient. They have two very different playing styles. But the output of Garnett is a little better than Lee's. Winner: Celtics

C: Brandon Bass, Andrew Bogut: Although Bass is a great shooter and delivers in clutch moments, he's too small to guard Bogut efficiently. In this case, injury isn't a factor, and the Warriors have won possibly the most important position. Winner: Warriors

Bench Productivity: The Celtics have Terry, and Green coming off the bench, which is great for them. The Warriors, however, have Rush, Jefferson, Jack, Ezeli, and Green coming off the bench. Eventually, the Celtics are going to get tired. Winner: Warriors

Harrison Barnes Could Be the Warriors' Future Star

Harrison Barnes... Will he be the future star? Right now, in the off-season, as I say literally everyday, it is so hard to predict. Who's to say whether Perry Jones III won't be the best player, or Anthony Davis won't a bust.

Post-draft reports indicated the Warriors did outstandingly in the NBA draft, selecting 3 valuable players that will make an immediate impact, positive of course.

In the summer league, Barnes proved that he and Thompson can make a good combination. Their three pointers were endless, in rows. Defenders had their heads spinning deciding which side of the floor to run to. Barnes and Thompson really will form a key duo that no one has forseen. Barnes may not be the best rookie out there this year, but he will certainly develop into a great player.

Maybe in a few year, Barnes will really know the game. If he's not afraid to drive to the basket by that time, then maybe, just maybe, he will be the all-star. What do you think? Comment Below.

How Klay Thompson Can Fit Into Monta's Shoes

Thompson's scoring output nearly matched Monta Ellis after Ellis was traded. In drafting Thompson, I knew that Monta's reign in Golden State would come to an abrupt end.
Klay Thompson is nowhere near as skilled, athletic, or experienced as Ellis, but he can become more like him. In being able to drive the ball and handle the ball more, Thompson will be taken seriously as a shooter, and a finisher at the basket.

Defenders won't know what to do when closing out on him. With Jarrett Jack and Curry tossing him the ball, Thompson shouldn't have any problem scoring adequate numbers compared to Monta Ellis.

If Ellis was 6'7 and still was able to play with the same intensity, he would end up scoring even more. He was regarded, in my books, as one of the best post-up guards in the NBA. It would have been even better if he was taller.
Klay should have the ability to easily take guards that are smaller than him. Thompson knows what he's doing in the post.

If Klay plays hard, practices, and helps Curry take the Warriors to the playoffs, his hard work will pay off and he will be regarded as a threat, and potential all-star.

Ranking Warriors' Back Court

The best backcourts in the NBA include the Miami Heat, the Los Angeles Lakers, the Los Angeles Clippers, the Boston Celtics, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Golden State Warriors?
Yes it's true. Since the unpopular, but good trade of Monta Ellis, the Warriors' backcourt looks promising. With Stephen Curry being able to handle the basketball, Klay Thompson is the sharpshooter and go to guy, with unlimited range. The backcourt forms a perfect combo because they know how to handle the situation, and no one is fighting over control of the offense. Thompson also stands at 6'7. Enough said?

Vs. Lakers: Against the Lakers, the Warriors don't really have a good chance of beating them with these lineups. Again, it's veteranship vs skill and talent, and Kobe has both of those. You can't put a price on fundamentals and skill. The clear winner here are the Lakers.

Vs. Heat: While Wade is a great player, Mario Chalmers is a selfish, wanting-all-the-credit ball-hog, who's just classless. He's a good player at times, but Curry can easily knock him off, without getting into an altercation. Thompson and Wade would be a fun matchup to watch. They're both young and explosive, and Thompson has height on Wade, but he knows how to get to the basket. In the end, the all-star veteran wins it, but the Warriors have the Heat beat in the backcourt.

Vs. Celtics: The Celtics are very underrated this season. I don't analyzers realize how good they're going to be. Yes, they've lost Ray Allen, but they signed Jason Terry to come off the bench, and they have Avery Bradley waiting on the sidelines. Can Thompson, Jack, Rush, and Curry handle Rondo, Bradley, and Terry? Or is it too much for them. This one is an interesting matchup. Comment Below.

Vs. Bobcats: Come on, now.

Technically, the Warriors wouldn't beat any of these teams easily, except the Cats, but if you think about it, if the Warriors backcourt can keep it close and put up a run for the other team's money.. Then it shouldn't be hard to be crushing the other teams scoring wise. By this logic, the Warriors are another tough team to beat in the backcourt.

Warriors' Best and Worst Case Scenarios

The Warriors are blessed with a hopefully healthy roster, and amazing talent, as well as younglings who are very capable. The only thing they need to worry about now is injury. If the units come together, the Warriors will for sure make a post-season run.

Best Case:

1. Warriors end up in 5th place. The Warriors have the potential to pass the Nuggets, Mavericks, Jazz, and other teams to get to the 5th cede. They have the most explosive lineup that us fans have seen in a while. They could end up getting further than expected, because of fresh legs, and never getting tired.

2. Warriors beat Heat, Lakers, Thunder: In doing this, the Warriors will gain a lot of respect. They will be recognized as one of the teams to look out for on the prowl. This means that other teams should be intimidated by their style of play. Half the game is you're mentality, and how you think.

3. Curry and Bogut go 100%: If this happens, injury free, Bogut and Curry are bound to form a deadly combo. Instead of fearing injury, they can fear not scoring 40 points combined for night. Together, injuryless, they may be able to take the Warriors a lot further than analysts are saying.

Worst Case: I'm pretty sure must people know what these are.

1. Bogut goes down: Without Bogut, the Warriors are forced to start Festus Ezeli. Let's be honest here. Although he provides a strong defensive presence, his offensive skill level and though process is nowhere near Bogut's. The Warriors need Bogut's offensive IQ and skill to make the playoffs.

2. Curry goes down: This one isn't as big of a deal. Although Curry is an important part to the Warriors game, Jarrett Jack has proved that he can be a valuable asset, and a more than adequate PG, in the place of a star. Still, the Warriors don't want this happening.

3. Bob Myers wants out: For some strange reason, if this happens, the Warriors will no longer be adding depth to their roster, or making smart trades. They will be in a lot of trouble if Myers unexpectedly leaves.

Warriors, Thunder Early Comparisons

Yes, Folks! It's fun to compare a team that most NBA fans would classify as "Trash" to title contending teams. The Warriors do, however, have a lot in common with the Thunder. Although they are crushed in nearly every position they lose, they still would put up a good battle. Like Bob Fitzgerald always says, "The Warriors WILL NOT go away!!" Hopefully they won't go away this season, when they're creeping behind the Nuggets to steal their spot in the playoffs.. hopefully..

PG: Russell Westbrook: Stephen Curry: This one is tough. Westbrook receives a lot of criticism, but he the most explosive player in the game, as well as athletic, and acrobatic. Curry, on the other hand is a true PG. This matchup will have to be classified into different categories:
-All-around Talent: Winner: OKC
-PG Talent: Winner: Warriors

SG: Klay Thompson: Thabo Sefoloshia: While Sefo is an outstanding perimeter shooter, a great defender, and his basketball IQ, rookie sensation, Klay Thompson's skill level is too high for him to guard. Thompson will end up crushing him in the matchup. Winner: Warriors

SF: Harrison Barnes: Kevin Durant: Well, Durant clearly has the height, skill, explosiveness, length, and shooting advantage, but Harrison Barnes gets hot quickly. Barnes won't have any problem scoring double digits, but the Warriors don't have any guy who can move his feet like a guy that's Durant's size. He's tough to stop. Winner: OKC

PF: David Lee: Serge Ibaka: Lee and Ibaka hae completely different playing styles. Lee is a static player, who only plays within the perimeters of his game. Ibaka is courageous. He will take the three pointer if he wants to. Ibaka is a blocking sensation, Lee has a high basketball IQ. They're two incomparable PF's. Winner: Nobody

C: Kendrick Perkins: Andrew Bogut: Come on everyone. While Perkins is a tough guy who doesn't smile, Bogut delivers in more ways, and gets it done with a smile on his face. There is a clear winner here. Winner: Warriors

Bench Productivity: The Warriors have an overall good bench, but the shining brilliance of Harden just cancels all of that out. Maybe next season, it'll be different..Winner: OKC

Warriors Assistant Coach Unseld Jr. Leaves for Orlando

Golden State Warriors' assistant coach Wes Unseld Jr. has left the coaching staff after just one year to fill a similar role with the Orlando Magic.

Unseld Jr.'s departure leaves the Warriors with just two assistants: Pete Myers and Mike Malone. They will either promote someone from within the organization, or look elsewhere.

Can Klay Thompson Match NBA's Elite?

The NBA has many elite players that can hit clutch shots, take you off the dribble, and can flat out shoot. I know the Warriors' Klay Thompson is going to prove to be able to do that, but first he needs to prove that he can guard these guys.

Does Thompson have what it takes?

The Warriors vs Lakers, and Warriors vs Heat games are going to be big for the Warriors. Thompson will have trouble guarding Kobe Bryant, or Dwyane Wade, but it'll be a learning experience for him. He'll likely end up in the post, angering the superstars.

If Klay Thompson is able to go head-to-head with NBA's better players, it'll be a momentous season for the Warriors. They finally have a guy who won't let you down, will produce consistence numbers, is of average height, and isn't injury prone. He is a hard worker and a brilliant player, who's already garnered praise from NBA's finest players. He should be able to matchup with elite players. His range is limitless, and he's working on taking the ball to the basket. Those are both areas that guards SHOULD excel in. Thompson has proved that he's a force to be reckoned with.

The Warriors really stole Thompson in the draft, and now, with a reloaded roster, they're hungry:
After the years of horrible management, Curry, Thompson, Lee, and Bogut are hungry for more than 82 games this season. They're bound to be hyped up and make it to the playoffs. If they want to do this, Thompson is going to have to put up some pretty big numbers on the season. If LeBron scores 38, he should score 31.

A big moment will be the first Warriors, Lakers game. That game means a lot for the Warriors, seeing if they can make it to the post season, lead by the young stud. Can they do it? Comment below.

Warriors, Heat Early Comparison

If you asked NBA fans in the country: what would the score of a Warriors vs Heat game be, most of them would say something like, "180-20, Heat". The Warriors are very underrated. While they may not be able to beat the Heat just yet, they still have players that can matchup well with some of the Heat's big named guys.

1. PG: Mario Chalmers, Stephen Curry: Curry is younger than Chalmers, shoots better, and is smarter. He isn't one of those selfish players who wants all the credit, and does barely anything to help the team. This is why, out of sheer talent, Curry wins the matchup. Winner: Warriors

2. SG: Dwyane Wade, Klay Thompson: Ok, most elite teams have incredible SG's. I do think that Klay has the potential to match their stardom, however. Thompson will always have a big height advantage on other SG. He stands at 6'7, which is harder than ever to guard, especially if you're 6'3. The All- Star Champion, however, always comes out the winner. Winner: Heat

3. SF: Shane Battier, Harrison Barnes: In the case of the Heat, LeBron James is the starting PF, so he's not going to be matched up with Harrison Barnes. This is a classic case of versatility vs veteranship. Battier knows the game, and can shoot lights out. Barnes can also shoot lights out, but is younger: therefore more athletic, and more versatile. I think in all cases, Barnes comes out victorious for the Warriors. Winner: Warriors

4. PF: LeBron James, David Lee: Obviously, Lee won't be guarding Lebron James, nor will James guard Lee. This matchup is purely about skill. I've always said that Lee is an underrated superstar, which is true. But, It's LEBRON JAMES. How can you compare to the best player in the world at this time? I'm going to say that the Heat are going to own this matchup. Winner: Heat

5. C: Chris Bosh, Andrew Bogut: Oh, a tough one. This will be a matchup to watch. Although Bogut is an underrated star as well, Bosh is the most important piece of the big 3 of the Heat. Winner: Heat

Bench Productivity: The Heat the Warriors both have deadly benches, but because of age, I'm going to have to rule with the Warriors on this one.

Based on reading this article, these two teams would seem to be matched up equally. The thing is, the areas where the Heat excel, are the areas that they're deadly in. The Warriors have just assembled this team, and who knows how they're going to play?

Warriors, Curry Extension Talks

Should the Warriors already be talking about a Curry extension? The guy just got off an injury, and let's face it, he might not be doing better. Sources claim that he's rehabilitating well and almost ready to go 100 percent. Yes, that's very nice, but Curry isn't reliable. I think before the Warriors offer him a big deal, they need to see just how reliable he really is. Otherwise, the Warriors will make a mistake and be stuck with a player of diminishing value. Uh oh!
