Doan Signs Extension with Coyotes, According to Report

Well, there goes the last chance for the Sharks to sign a quality free agent.

Shane Doan, who has spent his entire illustrious career with the Phoenix Coyotes has decided to stay in Phoenix.

Reports indicate that he has signed a four-year, $21.5 million deal with the Coyotes.

The Sharks were one of several teams interested in Doan's services, which included the L.A. Kings and Vancouver Canucks.
