More news coverage from around the NBA today. The Thunder made a big decision today, as well as other teams that improved their roster. More talk and more scrambling is going on in the NBA as we're another day closer to the Heat Celtic opening game. Again, the whole that NBA Basketball has left in us cant be filled easily.Which teams are pretenders, which are contenders?
