Warriors: Secret Weapon is the Same..

Weapons aren't supposed to be known by every team. The attack just happens. Hence the name, Secret Weapon. Which player is the Warriors' secret weapon? Is it Curry? Thompson? Lee? Bogut? All wrong. It's none of them. The secret player indeed comes off the bench for the Warriors. His name is Brandon Rush. He knows what he's doing on the court, whether his defenders can recognize what he's doing or not.

Why:

1. Shooting: Rush is a lights out shooter. At the beginning of the season, for the first 5 games, he was perfect from the three point line. I began to wonder if he was ever going to miss. Defenders began to close out hard on him. This enabled him to drive.

2. Driving: Rush gets off the floor. He gets putback dunks, and dunks on players as well. He can get to the basket as well because defenders close out on him hard. Rush's off-season effort payed off for the Warriors as the 6-7 man.

3. Defense: Rush can also lock down main scorers. He will likely be guarding Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, and in some cases, LeBron James. No other man is best for the job.

No one realizes it, but Rush is one of the must crucial pieces to the Warriors' offense. He comes in and gives the Warriors that extra boost that they need. Whether it's shooting, driving, or just all-around play. Rush is almost always your guy.
