What's on Tap - 8/17: Giants. A's, and Raiders All in Action

A busy Friday night coming up in the world of Bay Area sports:

The Giants are desperate for a win right now, coming off a series loss to the Nationals and the suspension of Melky Cabrera. Hopefully Matt Cain can help them defeat the woeful Padres at Petco Park. First pitch is at 7:05 PT. 

Likewise, the A's are also looking for some wins after dropping a series to the Royals, of all teams. Tommy Milone will get the homestand started tonight as the A's take on the Cleveland Indians from the O.co Coliseum at 7:05 PT. 

The Raiders are looking for some points after being shut out 3-0 in their first preseason game on Monday. They will be facing the Arizona Cardinals on the road as the preseason continues. Kickoff will be at 7:00 PT. 

Obviously, since all three of these games start at the same time, you won't be able to watch all of them. Luckily, our team of writers has you covered. Check back throughout the day for previews, recaps and analysis of your favorite Bay Area sports teams.
