A's Still Interested in Headley

After losing out on the Hanley Ramirez sweepstakes, the Oakland A's are now reportedly chasing Chase Headley.

Jayson Stark of ESPN reports that the A's, Orioles, Pirates, and Indians are the four teams interested in the Padres' third baseman, but the A's and Orioles seem to be chasing him the hardest because he is under team control for two more seasons,

Headley is batting .267 with 12 home runs and 51 RBI so far this season.
